The Seventh Annual Manga Kingdom Tottori International Comic Art Contest hosted by Tottori Prefecture, Japan, is now accepting submissions. Many famous cartoonists hail from Tottori, where the annual International Comic Art Contest is held and promotes outstanding works around the world.
