Japan Study Tour
2005 – Okayama
The IT Revolution and Local Government
12 people from local government made this trip to hear seminars at Okayama University about PFI and how it is affecting the heath service and the new incubation centre. They also visited the sites around Okayama Prefecture and learnt how information technology is having an impact.
