Hiroaki Kodama, Research Fellow at the Faculty of Law of Hakuoh University, will today speak to Japanese officials at JLGC about ‘Banking Crisis Management and Local Governance’. The talk will address what countermeasures a Japanese local authority can take when a regional bank fails, specifically focusing on policy-making during emergencies.
