The Tokyo Metropolitan Government (TMG) would like to inform you that it has compiled a policy for promoting the “Global City Strategy”, which is a policy for the entire government to develop measures to enhance the ability of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government to expand internationally.

From the three perspectives of “Communicate”, “Connect” and “Cultivate”, initiatives will be advanced to increase Tokyo’s international presence. This includes to “Strengthen connections with cities overseas and embassies” by utilizing TMG’s partnerships through the Council of Local Authorities for International Relations (CLAIR).
